A 7 day, 6 night guided retreat designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your body through movement, nature, and intentional care.
Through a blend of somatic practices, creative expression, reflective workshops, and restorative experiences, we’ll explore what true rest can look and feel like beyond survival mode, including nurturing the inner child, reconnecting with embodied pleasure, and building sustainable pathways back to self-trust.
This retreat is held in a trauma-aware, consent-based environment where participation is always optional, and guests are supported in moving at their own pace.
Expect a rhythm of:

Each day is designed to support your nervous system in softening with space for both guided experience and unstructured rest.
Mornings may begin with gentle movement or meditation, followed by nourishing meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Afternoons invite rest, massage, creative workshops, or time spent in nature. Evenings offer opportunities for reflection, sound healing, and connection.
You are encouraged to follow your own pace , whether that means joining a workshop, journaling by the ocean, or simply resting in your room.
This retreat is designed with built-in pockets of stillness so that rest is always prioritized.
